EULA - End User License Agreement

Nick Mokhnatov, Independent software developer exclusively owns all copyrights to ClearCode. ClearCode is a distributed as "try-before-you-buy". If you intend to use all features of ClearCode, you can register your copy. If you intend to commercial or educational use of ClearCode, you MUST register your copy. Once registered, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use ClearCode on one computer at a office and one computer at home. The registered ClearCode software may not be rented, leased or transferred.

The user who purchases receives several benefits:

- The REGISTERED full version of ClearCode and all future versions.
- Technical support by Phone, email or ICQ. You can get help with any questions you encounter in using ClearCode.
- No nag screens or any unregistered notifications.
- Using all advanced features of ClearCode.
- The satisfaction of knowing that you are supporting the development of good, affordable software.

ClearCode unregistered shareware may be freely distributed provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of ClearCode without written permission from the copyright holder.

ClearCode is distributed "AS IS" and you assume full responsibility for determining the suitability of ClearCode and for results obtained.

Author make no warranty that all errors have been or can be eliminated from ClearCode software and, with respect thereto, author shall not be responsible for losses, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind resulting from using or misusing ClearCode including without limitation, any liability for business expenses, machine downtime, damages experienced by you or any third person as a result of any deficiency, defect, bug, error or malfunction. Author shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages relating to or arising out of the subject matter of this Agreement or actions taken there under.

NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE CLEARCODE AT YOUR OWN RISK. CLEARCODE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NOBODY WILL BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES AND LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompose, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement.

Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution. The terms of this license, as well as the ClearCode features and interface designs are subjects of changes in future versions of ClearCode. Installing and/or using ClearCode signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.

If you do not agree with the terms of this license, you must remove ClearCode files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
